Salary statements for employees are created and repeated here. Recurrences work the same way as in Orders, meaning there is no separate "payroll run". Salary statements are generated from salary templates (found under Settings / Salary configuration), meaning they inherit salary types and preconfigured values from these templates. Therefore, values that are the same for multiple employees should be entered in salary templates beforehand rather than directly in the salary statement.

    This allows you to create, edit, or copy a salary statement.
  2. Periods
    Salary statements in the overview can be filtered by month and status. Only salary statements from the currently selected salary period (see billing period) are displayed.

    Opens the detail view of the salary statement with a PDF preview. The button menu (arrow on the right) also offers:

    Select multiple salary statements in the table to send them via email to the respective employees.
    Download PDF / ZIP
    Select multiple salary statements in the table to download them together as a single PDF or a ZIP file.
  4. Next step [more]
    This section contains the workflow for salary statements: change status, create a payment order, and record payment. First, select a salary statement in the table to enable the "Next step" button.

    Here, you can find additional functions such as book entries, recurrences, and export options.
