Salary templates
This is a PRO feature (not available in the free version).
Salary templates serve as blueprints for salary statements. Salary statements inherit salary types and values from the template, such as the AHV rate, ALV rate, BVG rate, child allowances, employment level, etc. They also inherit insurance details and various settings (e.g., sequential number, layout). Salary statements must always be created from a template.
If values apply to all employees or a specific group of employees, they should be predefined in a salary template rather than entered directly in the salary statement.
Salary templates follow a hierarchical structure. At the top level is the base template, which contains configurations, salary types, and insurance details that apply to all salary statements. Preconfigured below this are the "Monthly salary" and "Hourly salary" templates, which include the relevant salary types (1000 Monthly Salary resp. 1005 Hourly Salary) while inheriting all other settings from the base template.
This is the default template which is used for salary statements.

It is recommended that all new salary templates are created below the base template.
