Name
The name of the insurance type (usually an abbreviation). This can be entered in multiple languages (see Translation field).

Description
The description of the insurance type (usually the full name). This can also be entered in multiple languages (see Translation field).

Codes
Optionally, multiple codes (each with a code and description) can be defined for the insurance type. If no codes are defined, only one insurance provider can be assigned for this insurance type on the salary statement or salary template. If codes are defined, an insurance provider can be assigned per code.

Note: For the codes A1, A2, B1 in DIB (daily indemnity benefits), salary types such as DIB contribution A1, DIB contribution A2, DIB contribution B1 are already defined. If additional codes need to be created, the corresponding salary types must also be created (ideally by copying an existing one).
