This section contains templates for salary certificates, which employees must submit annually to the tax authorities along with their tax declaration. The template includes the official PDF form from the authorities and elements to populate the form. Form 11, the official salary certificate for Switzerland, is preconfigured in multiple versions: Window left or right, German / French / Italian (d/f/i) or German / French / English (d/f/e).

The templates follow a hierarchical structure, meaning that templates inherit the PDF form and elements from their parent template.

Actual salary certificates are automatically generated from salary statements based on these templates.

This is the default template used for all employees. However, a specific salary certificate template (e.g., in a different language) can be set for each employee (see Edit person).

Select a template to delete it. System templates (marked with a lock icon) cannot be deleted.
